Uplift Training's mission is simple. Uplift. I'd like to be able to provide an environment where people can improve themselves physically, as well as mentally and emotionally, through exercise and fitness. 

ABOUT ME

I've spent my entire life around athletics. As a kid, I started in baseball when I was 5 and played all the way until my sophomore year of high school in Minooka IL.  I loved playing all sports and kept playing basketball through my college days. In my adult years, rec leagues didn't quite cut it, so I started competing as a Muay Thai fighter to scratch the competitive itch. While being an active competitor, I've also been able to put together over a decade of coaching experience. From basketball to Muay Thai, Strength Training for athletes to Personal Training for anyone and everyone, I have gotten to coach/train some really awesome people. All that, by God's hand, has led me to this- the opening of my own training company. I currently work out of the Uno Volleyball facilities.

MUAY THAI / STRIKING

This group is primarily focused on learning the basics of Muay Thai and Striking for other combat sports like Boxing, Kickboxing and MMA. Not only will you be learning a Martial Art, but you will get an excellent full body and cardio workout as well.

STRENGTH TRAINING FOR ATHLETES

This program will make you stronger, faster and more explosive. At 3 days a week for roughly one hour each session, this program gives athletes the time they need to make some serious improvements to their strength and conditioning, and in turn, their athletic performances.

PERSONAL TRAINING

 

This is One on One Training. This is designed for people looking to get stronger, increase endurance and overall fitness. You can expect stepping, resistance training, isometrics, lifting and fun fitness challenges designed to get you into the best shape of your life.
